Prices of Foodstuffs In Sierra Leone Is Getting out Of Hands due to Austerity

The Prices of essential commodities has been slowly rising since last year 2016 and at the rate it is going, the average Sierra Leoneans won’t be able to afford bread, fish, oil, meat, yam and other essential commodities by the end of 2017 if nothing is done!

As inflation rate rose for the 6th consecutive month to 18.72 per cent last month, commodities are becoming increasingly un-affordable for some Sierra Leoneans.

Take home pay I hear, no longer takes anyone home.
