If only we could see bacteria, what they look like and their activities on the things we use.
Some sleep without having a bath at night even after a sweaty day, some sweat while sleeping at night and some eat while in bed, leaving food crumbs and particles on the bed, and you should know that they would decompose or worse still attract bed bugs. If you are among the aforementioned and still use your bed sheet for three weeks and more before washing, then you should be wary of bacterial infection.
Health experts suggest that even though sleeping in dirty bed sheets might not really make you sick, they could cause you to have skin infections.
Moments after spreading your bed sheet for use, it begins to accumulate bacteria, sweat, makeup, dust, dead skin cells and skin oil, oil from body cream, fungi and fecal matter and lots more. Now imagine the accumulation process happening for months without you changing the bed sheet.
This brings me back to the question: When last did you wash your bed sheet?
