Africa is the world’s second largest and second-most-populous continent. There are lots of beautiful countries that have gained tourist attraction in Africa. There are islands that projects nature in all its beauty. The continent is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea to the north; the Suez Canal and the Red Sea along the Sinai Peninsula to the northeast, the Indian Ocean to the southeast, and the Atlantic Ocean to the west. 

These water bodies alone have added to the beauty of the continent as this natural feature is an added advantage to the uniqueness of the continent.The presidential palaces of some countries in Africa depict the true meaning of a palace. Not only are they glamorous, the structures are breath-taking and the interior decoration are wowing. The presidential palaces house the presidents; the security of these premises is always tight and people only get to go in only by invitation. The presidential palaces are being called different names in various countries. Nevertheless, the varying names do not make the buildings less magnificent. Presidential palaces apart from being well structured represent power and authority. Find below some of the beautiful presidential palaces across Africa. 

1. Flagstaff House 
The residence of the president in Ghana is referred to as the Flagstaff. The Flagstaff house is the presidential palace in Accra; this also serves as a residence and office to the President of Ghana. This presidential palace was first inaugurated by the government of John Agyekum Kufour with the name Golden jubilee house.
Flagstaff house is built on the site of a building which was constructed and used for administrative purposes by the British Gold Coast Government.

2. State House of Namibia 

The presidential palace in Namibia was designed by a North Korean company. Located in the suburb of Windhoek, the official residence of the president is majestic. The building is bordered by a long steel fence with dark-glassed towers. It spreads over twenty-five hectares of land.

3. Iavoloha Palace
This presidential palace is found in Madagascar. It is the presidential residence of the president of Madagascar. It is a grand building located at a hilltop.

4. Khartoum palace
This is the presidential palace at Sudan.  It serves as the residence as well as the administrative office of the president of Sudan. The palace which is adjacent to the palace museum in Khartoum is laced with invaluable antiques. It is an historical palace.

5. Unity Palace
This Presidential Palace Is Located In Cameroon. It Is Located In The Region Of Etoudi ,Yaounde. It Has Towering Pillars And Has Been The Presidential Palace Since The President Assumed Office. The Palace Is Artistic With Its Beautiful Walls And Designs.
