Hosts of the 2016 Suwon Invitational Tournament,
South Korea, defeated Nigeria U-23s 1-0 in the opening game which took place
today.
The only goal of the match was scored by Choi Kyubaek towards the end of the match.
Taiwo Awoniyi had Nigeria’s first opportunity in the 20th minute but his shot went inches wide and every other opportunity they had was never successful. The match finally ended 1-0 in favour of South Korea.
