The headquarters of
Sierra Leone`s Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) caught fire
early today. The building, which is located in the central part of the capital,
Freetown, at Siaka Steven Street just a stone throw away from State House, it took the National Fire
Force spent close to four hours struggling to put out the fire.
Officials
have however not yet given any possible explanation for the outbreak.It all
started at around 2 am when the fire broke out at the 6 the floor of the
building.
However
fire fighters rushed to the scene to put the fire out but they were unable to
gain access to the building, it was locked and there was nobody to provide key to the building. Another photo after the cut....
