Sierra Leone Embassy In China Wear a New Look

Sierra Leone Embassy in China under the leadership of Amb. Alimamy P. Koroma has undergone infrastructural changes, following weeks of refurbishments, culminating in a complete facelift both internally and externally.

The entire premises of the Sierra Leone mission in China, including residence of the ambassador have received a significant upgrade.
Offices of both ambassador and head of mission and the deputy head of mission have been fully furnished, whilst efforts are ongoing to do same in the other offices.
The floor tiles have been redone and the interior as well as the external walls painted, apparently almost showing a new building.

A bigger signpost that identifies the Embassy has been brought in, with people now being able to recognize the Embassy from afar, especially at night, also with an improved lightening in the compound.
All of these have been done at no cost to the Governments of Sierra Leone and the People’s Republic of China. This significant development falls within Ambassador Koroma’s 100 days’ work plan, successfully ensured as a result of the collective work of embassy staff.

Ambassador Alimamy P. Koroma said, he was gratified, that “we were able to make such improvement” also commending the scale of cooperation and spirit of performance by the entire team.
“I have enjoyed cooperation and support of colleagues. We have all worked together to ensure we get this success.”
The Embassy, he said will continue to do more and “we will ensure the representation here in China is of high standard.”
