Amid $2.1 Billion Scandal, Dokpesi Sends Holiday Cards To Buhari, Osinbajo (Photos)

Owner of DAAR Communications PLC, Raymond Dokpesi who is currently involved in a $2.1bn scandal has sent holiday cards to the President and his vice, Professor Yemi Osinbajo. The cards were delivered through his son who led a team of DAAR Communications staff to Aso Rock and were received by the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina and the Senior Special Assistant to the VIce-President, Mr. Sesan Adeboyejo. The card of the President read;

“The chairman, Board of Directors, Management and staff of DAAR Communications Plc, proprietors and operators of Raypower FM, Africa Independent Television and Faaji FM, most heartily felicitate with Your Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR and family on the occasions of Eid Maulud, Christmas and New Year 2016.”

It will be recalled that Raymond Dokpesi is currently on the dock for a six count charge of money laundering and fraud for receiving $2.1 billion from former National Security Advisor (NSA) Colonel Sambo Dasuki for the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential media campaign and is currently on bail.

The same Dokpesi and APC had a major argument during the last presidential campaign when AIT kept using a documentary that had Buhari’s late daughter, Zulaiha Buhari who died during child birth and was a sickle cell patient.
